 Financial details: Bank details and whether your donations are eligible for Gift Aid.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

 Process your donations and claim Gift Aid – for donations we use third party secure sites called Give a   Little/Stripe.

 Manage volunteering roles, membership, event registrations, payments/refunds for services or changes     to services. 

 Send you information about our work, events, and fundraising campaigns.

 Through surveys and feedback we will also collect anonymised data about gender, age, ethnicity, race,   sexual orientation and other characteristics.

 This data will only ever be held anonymously.

 Keep our financial agreements/ records and comply with UK charity laws.

 

4. Third Parties

Anonymised information held will be shared with funders, who may use anonymised personal information to analyse and understand the impact of the public investment/other funding made to Electric Pink Voices.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

In the event of a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data, the Charity shall promptly assess the risk to people’s rights and freedoms and if appropriate report this breach to the ICO (more information on the ICO website).
